Mr. Tam​ is the Founder and Chief Investment Officer of Bathus Capital. Prior to establishing Bathus, he held key positions at Brookfield Asset Management (2021–2024) and Blackstone Group (2017–2021), specializing in ​real estate acquisitions and asset management across the Greater China region.​​

​Deeply committed to civic engagement and philanthropy,​​ Mr. Tam serves as Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee for the Hong Kong Federation of Dongguan Associations. He is also a Member of the Standing Committee for the Friends of Hong Kong Association.
